You can cancel before dispatch yourself, and return unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
Cancelling before dispatch
Open Orders in your account and press Cancel order. This works right up until the order is fulfilled and costs nothing. Card payments are released back to your bank automatically; captured payments are refunded within 5-10 business days.
Returning an unopened item
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange collection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item reaches the warehouse.
Faulty or dead-on-arrival items
If a product does not power on or is faulty out of the box, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced with a new unit rather than repaired, and we cover the courier both ways.
What cannot be returned
Opened software, redeemed digital codes, and items damaged after delivery are not returnable. Anything with a manufacturer fault is still covered by its warranty.
